We at Balancing Act Toys are committed to providing a platform for safe toys. We carefully curate particular products for children on behalf of third party suppliers.

We advise strict parental supervision when using all products. As a matter of policy, all products curated by Balancing Act Toys are intended and recommended for children aged 18months+ (Balancing Act Board) or three years+ (all other products) . Products may contain small parts, considered choking hazards for children under three years of age. 

By purchasing products for children you understand and acknowledge that it is the responsibility of the parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child to determine appropriate and suitable products for their child. While we at Balancing Act Toys are committed to providing safe toys from safe third party suppliers, it disclaims any and all liability arising from the mishandling of products and wrong usage of the same.
